Catherine is a certified executive coach, human resource consultant and labour relations specialist with several years as an executive in the healthcare field. Catherine is the founder of HR.Coach Services, a firm specializing in supporting organizations providing Labour Relations and HR solutions tailored to client needs; including coaching services such as: one-to-one coaching to managers and senior leaders; career transition coaching, conflict coaching and workplace coach training.
Catherine is a Certified Human Resource Leader having graduated from the University of Ottawa after completing Business Administration studies. She hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and Certificate Graduate studies – Conflict Resolution from Carleton University. Catherine chairs the biennial Building Healthier Workplaces Conference. This conference focuses on improving organizational health and leadership performance. She was nominated and received the 2006 Ottawa Human Resources Professional Association Vision Award for this work. In addition, Catherine received her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation and is the recipient of a coaching Prism Award (2010).
